The staff brought warmth to our visit, especially with attentive service at dinner. The Christmas decorations created a cozy atmosphere that felt quite inviting. However, the room we were initially assigned had a lingering odor, and upon moving, we noticed mold on the windows. Breakfast was underwhelming. the food was cold despite being served during breakfast hours. These issues overshadowed what could have been a delightful stay.

Perfect escape in the countryside!
The staff were super friendly, and the breakfast served was delish. The scenery around the place is breathtaking, seriously. Only hiccup was that it felt a bit isolated. took us about 20 mins to get there from the city.

It would be nice to have robes in the room for all guests!!! The pool area's cleanliness needs a solid review. Not enough mini toiletries, no filtered water, and frustratingly remote room locations must be addressed!!!

missingWrote a review on 18 Augcomfortable roomfriendly staffgood dinnerslow servicefew pillows
Dinner in Harry's Bar was quite good, though the service could be improved as the drinks and food arrived separately. The twin room we stayed in was comfortable and clean, but I wish there were more pillows provided. The staff was generally friendly, especially the one who brought us the menu and food. The hotel is in a lovely location which was perfect for a relaxing weekend away with friends.

The hotel grounds were incredible, providing a lovely space for our family to enjoy outdoor activities together. The mini golf was a hit with the kids! The staff were attentive, especially Ian, who made my daughter smile with his friendly interactions.
In my wife's opinion, they could really improve the shower situation by adding more facilities, especially for families. It was a bit awkward managing changing spaces after swimming.

would love to return
The Classic Double Room was clean with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom was tidy with a shower and complimentary toiletries. The buffet breakfast had a wide selection, including fresh pastries and hot items, but the self-service drinks setup caused long queues. The hotel grounds were picturesque and it felt dog-friendly, which was a nice touch.

A Weekend Getaway Close to Nature
We enjoyed a peaceful two-night stay, with stunning views and a wonderful atmosphere. The rooms were cozy, though a bit snug. Dining at the restaurant felt special—try the desserts! Tip, request a robe before the spa appointment for a smoother experience. Friendly staff made our visit memorable.

missingWrote a review on 23 Julclean roompeaceful atmosphererelaxing amenitiessmall roominconsistent service
I enjoyed the beautiful grounds and the peaceful atmosphere for relaxing. The swimming pool, sauna, and steam room offered a great way to unwind. Breakfast had a fantastic selection with hot food, cereals, and pastries, all fresh and regularly topped up. The room was clean and comfortable, though a bit small for my taste. The staff were generally helpful, but there were moments when service seemed inconsistent, especially in the restaurant. I had one night where the service was slow, and my order got mixed up. I expected more attention to detail for a hotel of this standard. Also, it felt like the staff were a bit overwhelmed during busy times, affecting the overall experience.
